Conversions with the math on the table.
Most conversion sites ask you to trust a number. We show you the factor behind it — where it comes from, how it is rounded, and why the answer differs from the site next door.
One data source, every page.
Unittrans covers four everyday areas — cooking and baking, running, fitness, and clothing sizes — plus a growing set of AI calculators for model memory, inference speed, training time, API cost, and GPU rental.
Every page is generated from a small set of versioned data files: official unit factors, ingredient densities, size charts, GPU specifications, and provider pricing. The quick-reference table and the interactive converter on a page read the same numbers, so they can never disagree — there is no second, rounded copy hiding in the page.
Static pages, browser-side math.
The site is a set of pre-built static pages served from a CDN. Every calculator — unit conversion, pace planning, VRAM estimation, API cost — runs entirely in your browser with a few kilobytes of JavaScript. Nothing you type is sent to a server, there is no account, and the results work offline once a page has loaded.
Because the pages are static and each one is reviewed against a minimum content standard, they load quickly on slow connections and stay useful to readers who arrive from search with a single, specific question.
